PLEASE READ BUSINESS POLICIES PRIOR TO BOOKING:

I have the right to deny any services to those who do not wish to agree with the following terms:

All services are by appointment only, No walk-ins.

All Lash Services, you must come in Makeup and Mascara free! If you arrive with dirty lashes a cleaning fee will be applied to your service.

I do not offer foreign fill services. If you wish to book with Bexquisite, a removal and full set will need to be booked.

All Makeup Services, come in with a fresh washed face with no added product and your brows groomed, remove all unwanted facial hair. (Do NOT wax the day of appointment)

A deposit is required to book your appointment. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Deposit will go towards your service.

WEDDING MAKEUP:

*Bridal Party size required to book is a minimum of 5 members.

•Name
•Location
•Time (Start to Finish) & Date
•Total amount of bridal party members


(Bridal party start time can be no later than 9am)

Once bridal contract is sent and you’ve confirmed, A non-refundable 20% deposit is required to secure your wedding date and can be paid via Cash, Zelle or Square.

Cancelling/Rescheduling: I ask that you cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before your original booking at no additional charge. If you may cancel after the 24 hours there will be a 100% service fee applied using the card on file.

You may only reschedule once, After your first reschedule you will have to re-book and your original deposit will be lost.

To cancel you must contact me directly. To reschedule you may do so using the confirmation email regarding your initial appointment.

No Call/No Show: Same day cancellations and No-shows will forfeit your deposit and in addition you will be charged 100% of the service.
No Call/No show's will be blocked from booking any future services with Be.xquisite.

If the card on file declines you will not be able to re-book until that fee is paid in full.



Additional Important Information:

  • Deposits are non-refundable/ non-transferable.

  • A working card must be on file at all times.

  • I do not offer “Foreign Fill” services

  • Silent Cell-phones during the duration of your service. Refrain from answering phone calls/texts.

  • No Children/ No extra guests unless being serviced.

  • No Refunds

  • To schedule appointments in advance you will need to pay a deposit for each appointment scheduled.

  • Services booked on Major Holidays will have an additional fee of $35 per service.

Tardiness:
Please be on time! A late fee of $10 will be applied after 10 minutes. After 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled and deposit will be forfeited
